L ensemble de l appartement est tres fonctionnel, meublé avec gout et relativement bien équipé en moyen culinaire, seul bémol concerne la piscine ou les enfants ne peuvent absolument rien faire, ni sauté , ni ballon etc... ce qui est un handicap lorsque vs etes avec des enfants de 13 ans
We had a good time and liked the apartment's style and equipment very much, but there were two serious drawbacks that stop us from a full recommendation:
1. It's a bit of a joke to advertise the apartment for 6 people. We were traveling with 3 adults and 2 kids and barely coped, since the couch in the living room is really uncomfortable, even for kids. In the "childrens' room", there's a weight/age limit for the upper bed of the bunk bed, so if someone with older kids tried to put up their kids there, it wouldn't even work. Also, for example, the dining table only has 3 chairs and really seats 4. One can do with chairs from the balcony, of course, but these are all indicators that the apartment is really made for 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 kids below 12 or similar.
Secondly, although the compound is actually quite nice and most people are friendly, it is very strictly regulated and limits a lot of things that provide fun for kids on holidays. Especially at the pool, the rules a rather strict (no toys, no air beds, basically no splashing/diving/playing/shouting), and there is a rather unfriendly lady overseeing it all as well as several other members of the community who, for example, told of some girls who were simply playing a bit, without bothering anyone or being too loud. Considering that one can't always go to the sea in Bandol (e.g. because of the strong wind) and might be rather dependant on spending the days at the pool, we were a bit disappointed about this and felt that it is a serious disadvantage of the apartment.
So altogether: for 2-3 adults who want to spend quite days reading at the pool and be conveniently close to the sea and two nice beaches, it's a very good place. For families, it has serious flaws.

Point positif : location très correcte intérieurement avec tout le nécessaire.
Points négatifs : Immeuble très mal insonorisé. Environnement proche très bruyant avec la piscine juste devant le balcon. Eloignement par rapport au centre ville.
