Ogni anno torno con piacere in questo appartamento spazioso con una stupenda vista mare. Il signor Accardi, responsabile delle chiavi, è sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglierei ai proprietari di sostituire le sedie che hanno perso il colore e sono ruggini, la caffettiera che ha il manico rotto
( pericolo ustione) e soprattutto l'impianto elettrico:difficile trovare una presa che funzioni per caricare il cellulare.

einzig die lage rechtfertigt den preis seit 10 jahren tut sich nichts an der elektrik, sanitär, küche, etc. bei der übernahme ist der zustand der sauberkeit nicht gegeben sehr schade das man das objekt regelmässig so vorfindet
Die Ferienwohnung hielt was die Internetseite versprach: tolle Sicht zum Meer und zur Altstadt, ruhige Lage, aber auch etwas abgeschieden und auf dem Berg gelegen. Also nichts für Fußkranke und Laufmuffel.
Die etwas alten und teilweise desolaten Bettgestelle in den Schlafzimmern und die alte Küche samt rumpelnder Waschmaschine sahen wir für den Urlaub nicht als nachteilig an.
Wir haben hier einen sogenannten Traumurlaub verbracht und kommen gern wieder.
Mooi gelegen appartement, mooie en grote indeling en goed uitgerust. De zolderingen kunnen wel een likje verf gebruiken, maar niet hinderlijk. Een wagen is wel gewenst gezien de ligging buiten het centrum.
bonne adresse bien située pour accéder au centre ville a pied et au bord de mer a pied. gare de Menton garavan a proximité pour aller a Vintimille, Monaco, Nice. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de Wi-Fi. l'installation électrique doit être remise aux normes
